FKC Screw Presses

 

FKC screw presses provide a cost effective solution for the dewatering of water treatment plant residuals. Dry cake solids are generated with the simple, low speed FKC screw press which is easy to operate and maintain.

 

Every FKC screw press is custom designed for each and every customer’s particular application. Sizes range from 200 mm (8") in screw diameter to 1500 mm (59") all in stainless steel wetted parts.

 

Each increase in screw size increases the solids capacity from 16kg/hr to 645kg/hr depending on the inlet DS and sludge ash content.
